Refund policy

All returns or cancellations must be made within 14 days of receiving your product to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
All returned items must be in their new and unused condition, complete with the original packaging.
The customer is fully responsible for the risk of transporting the products to Raconteur Watches.
Damaged or incomplete products received from the customer will be sent back and will not be refunded nor exchanged.
All returns must be packaged well and shipping is paid by the customer.
